It's a simple prescription- zero-distortion lens for the left eye, +0.25 for the right eye. It's about the least distorting prescription possible.
The difference it makes in my depth perception can be compared to the difference between someone with good depth perception (or wearing glasses that helps it) closing one eye. That's about how my depth perception was.
We'll see if I do any better on my driving lessons now that I can see!
