It's Grow RPG Edition! I'd actually say this is much easier than the original Grow- never mind the difference between 8! and 12!, it's got more logic. There are some nasty gotchas in there- it took me a long time to figure out that there are two z- but I don't want to spoil it for y'all!

Don't worry about the time, I slept from midnight until 3:00 AM and then did more homework. Until I finished an assignment and staggered over Grow RPG.

Unlike Grow, I actually finished that one :) You must be right about the logic. 'two z-'?

I interrupted myself. Text color white, so highlight to finish the sentence- don't want to give away too much...

Two zero-step grows in the game, which don't have a very obvious order to them. I got thrown for a while between the chest and the rock; as the chest would promote immediately to max upon being placed last, I thought it was the right last step to take. (It's not.) In Grow.3, there's only one object that can level up on the step it's placed- and that's the one which goes last. The chest-rock-basement order for the last three is what threw me...

For those who haven't played yet: Don't highlight that, I give away well over half the solution.

Ah, ok.. I played it some time ago, but can recall similar thoughts about those things. My main problem was the placement of one of the first items which takes a long time to grow, however.

Yeah, that tripped me up too. Fortunately, it didn't take me long to figure out what I was doing that had max levelled the (highlight to finish sentence) --> rocks <--.

Weird; I didn't know what you were talking about because when I see "Grow" I think of my employer!.

Hmmmm... What does that egg thing do that the dragon sometimes drops?

It is one of the steps in the correct answer. It's up to you to figure out what triggers it.

You know, I've finished the game, and I still don't know that. :P

(I mean, I know its game effects. It's part of the solution for winning the thing. But there's no explanation of what it is, or how its possession causes the deus ex machina that it provokes to appear.)
