Twitters of the day

  • 11:47 This is one of those days where I need an "I AM WORKING ON THE TEST AND WILL HAVE IT FIXED SOONER IF YOU STOP BOTHERING ME" sign on my door #
  • 17:56 I want to kill the entire trusted root certificate store security design in the face. #
  • 00:04 Interesting: Satasuma mandarin oranges peel better if I get them started with the blunt bioplastic knives at work instead of my paring knife #
  • 11:06 Useful thing about the netbook: It's got lots of drive space, so I repartitioned it for two OSes. It's very practical for work-from-home. #

Meet Grumpycat.

Grumpycat hangs out at the local grocery store, near the employee entrance.

Grumpycat hates everybody but expects to be fed by complete strangers anyway. Grumpycat is not stray; he (she?) is in too good a condition to be stray. Grumpycat is just grumpy, and apparently likes to leave home to... go sit in one place where it's cold outside, apparently.

Mall parking lot, redux

I spent Black Friday grocery shopping and relaxing at home. I did not go to the mall to shop for gifts. Instead, I took pictures of the mall to laugh at all the people who *did*.

I'm glad I have a bike so I'll never really have to deal with a parking lot quite like that. Although I'd still have to deal with the crowds, which is why I never got any closer to the mall than the point from where I took this photo- which was a zoomed shot.

There are several more photos similar to this in my Photostream, so I encourage y'all to take a look...
