Twitters of the day

  • 10:25 The mailbox at work was full of ballots. I added mine and Rakeela's. We voted Libertarian for President, scattered otherwise. #
  • 11:44 The atrium's movie-size projector is up and running, showing MSNBC election coverage. #
  • 13:47 I had no idea this music track had bass. It sounds excellent now, instead of flat and incomplete. Pure, clear sound: $185. Music: priceless. #
  • 15:34 ...I can hear Leon's piano bench creaking. I guess I'm just an audiophile, but I love these earphones, and the media player running them. #

For those who aren't aware, I'm a user of everything2. Not knowing this is a perfectly reasonable thing, because I hadn't noded anything for years- despite wanting and intending to, I never got around to it.

Well, I decided that for November, I'd try to get 30 write-ups to survive, because I really don't have the creativity or energy for a novel. Turns out I'm not the only one, which is why there's an ironnoders usergroup and a page entitled "THE IRON NODER CHALLENGE".

I'm now indexed there. I'll post status updates (and links) here every 5 nodes, but if you want live updates, look up user "Windrider" on e2 and subscribe to my RSS feed or something.

I've fallen behind because I was busy voting Monday night and busy watching the game show that is the election system in the USA, but I plan to write two or ideally three nodes today.
