PROBLEM: It has been too normal around here recently, especially since people just got back from Thanksgiving Break and have forgotten that college is supposed to be weird.

SOLUTION: Print up a sign containing only the text "BOOGA BOOGA BOOGA" and the subtext "This sign brought to you by the House Nine Department of Random Signage" and adhere it to the center of the bathroom mirror.

Well, it's a start.

Oh, and because the number of relevant people is increasing: If you've got me listed as a friend, and I don't have you listed, it's not really anything personal- in every present case, it's because I don't know you well enough at all. This situation can be easily and quickly remedied, however: post comments! That's probably the fastest solution.

So I've registered for all my classes next semester. I made the right call in skipping Calculus this morning so I could register as soon as it was opened to me, at 9:30- I'm the 49th person enrolled in Computational Geometry, and the class size is 50.

The best part about my schedule for next semester? No class before 11:00 AM any day of the week. This is a wonderful thing for me.

TuTh 11:30a-1:00p: Computational Geometry (CSE 546T), Dr. Robert Pless
TuTh 1:00p-2:30p: Introduction to Systems Software (CSE 361S), the professor's name escapes me at the moment
MWF 11:00a-12:00: Biomedical Ethics (PHIL 233S), Dr. Brad Wilburn
MWF 1:00p-2:00p: Elementary Probability and Statsitics (MATH 320), Dr. TBA (he's very popular around here)
MWF 3:00p-4:00p: Intro to Social Psychology (PSYCH 315), Dr. ???? Lambert

So I've actually had three of my five professors for next semester in past semesters. I'm actively stalking professors I've liked, apparently.

And why do I always get the monitor in the CEC with a sickly greenish-yellowish cast to it?

In the category of "spending ten dollars because I felt like it", I bought "The Ig Nobel Prizes" from the campus bookstore. This is quite possibly one of the best purchasing decisions I have recently made. I really have to recommend it to anybody who wants science humor...

frameacloud, hope you don't mind, but I've sorta stolen one of your ideas. Remeber how you used to have a sketchbook page up on VCL? The one featuring, among other things, the picture of your muse, yourself, an arrow labeled "Buff, eh?" to the picture of yourself, many assorted sketches, and a whole bunch of arrows pointing to "OOH! AHH! THE ONLY BLANK SPACE ON THE PAGE!" Remember that?

Well, I sorta stole the arrow gag. It's for a good cause, though! It's for the advancement of surrealism!

There will soon be a brightly colored sign adhered to a pillar in House Nine's no-purpose multipurpose room (a very large room containing one couch and one television... no, larger room than that, think a bit larger... like, most of the first floor of the building... yeah, that's it... and it's completely empty) with a whole bunch of arrows pointing to a starburst with very small text. Upon closer inspection, one can determine that in Comic Sans 5.5, the text reads "made you look!"

Whatever makes y'all think my sanity has been decreasing lately?
