Bike therapy
I sort of slept a little last night, around a clogged nose that made it very difficult to, y'know, breathe. I got enough rest to not sleep through dawn- it woke me up before my alarm clock. I decided the extra sleep wasn't worth the trouble, heated up my instant microwave overpriced soup, and made breakfast out of it.
Fast forward an hour and a half. I stagger onto my bicycle and start pedalling up the parking garage.
The physical activity helps me wake up, and I feel better. Behold the power of endorphins.
Then I get out of the garage, onto a more flat area- and because it's alread 8:55 at this time, most people have already reached their classes- I don't have many pedestrians to worry about running over. I crank my bike up to 2-6 gear and head at a high velocity to class.
It's amazing how much better going at entirely unsafe speeds on a bicycle made me feel. Wheee!
In other news: The TopCoder Open qualification round is today. Wish me nerdluck, y'all.
