Messed up schedule

The problem with taking a four-hour nap from 8:00 PM to midnight: being un-sleepy at 4:10 AM. Oh well, as the storms have now passed, I can take this opportunity to finish a proofreading job my dad hired me for...

Anybody have advice on how to correct a whacked-out sleep schedule? I have work at noon on Sunday, and must get my sleep schedule so I'm waking up at 7:30 AM by August 21, due to the only arrangement of my classes that can possibly work with the most convinient sections already having filled. What's worked for other people?
